Who it's for
These terms apply to purchases in the Fezy Store: beats, sound kits and mix and mastering services.

You download the files once the order is paid. Refund details are on the Refunds and complaints page.
Licenses
The scope of rights is set by the license you picked when buying the beat.
1. General provisions
The Fezy Store online shop is run by: [fill in: full name or company name, address, tax ID]. Contact: [fill in: email address].
The shop sells beats (instrumentals under license), sound kits and mix and mastering services. Using the shop means you accept these terms.
2. Orders and payments
Prices are shown in the currency displayed in the shop and include taxes where they apply. Payments are handled by external providers: card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay (depending on your device).
The contract is concluded once the order is paid. You'll get a confirmation at the email address given in the order.
3. Delivery of digital files
Once the order is paid, the files are available to download on the confirmation page, in an email and in the customer account. The buyer is responsible for entering a correct email address.
4. Beat licenses
- The scope of rights comes from the license you picked at purchase, described on the Licenses.
- Buying a license doesn't transfer the copyright in the beat unless the chosen license says otherwise.
- After purchase you get the license document as a PDF.
- You can pay the difference to move up to a higher license. Contact the seller and give your order number.
5. Sound kits
You can use sounds from kits in your own tracks as described on the product page. Reselling, sharing or publishing the kit files themselves as separate sound packs is not allowed.
6. Mix and mastering services
- Scope, number of revisions and turnaround depend on the package described on the Mix & Master.
- The client prepares the material following the stems guide and declares they hold the rights to the recordings submitted.
- The finished files come as WAV and MP3.
7. Withdrawal and complaints
The rules on withdrawal, refunds and complaints are on the Refunds and complaints. Complaints can be sent by email to the contact address. A consumer complaint will be answered within 14 days.
8. Personal data
The rules for processing data are set out in the Privacy Policy, and cookies Cookie Policy.
9. Final provisions
Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. The seller may change these terms; changes don't affect orders placed earlier. The current version is always available on this page.
