1. Digital files

Beats and sound kits are digital content delivered right after payment. By placing an order you agree to delivery starting before the withdrawal period ends, and you acknowledge that once the download begins, your right of withdrawal expires.

2. Mix and mastering services

• The number of revisions depends on the package and it's included in the price.
• A refund is possible before work on the material starts.
• Once work has started, with your consent, we bill for the part of the service already done.

3. Problems with files

If a file doesn't work, is damaged or doesn't match the description, we'll resend it or refund the payment. Tell us ASAP and include your order number.

4. How to file a complaint

Message me via contact form or to the shop's email address. Give your order number, the email used at purchase and a description of the problem. I'll reply within 14 days.

5. Refunds

Refunds go back via the same payment method used at purchase. How long it takes to show up depends on the payment provider.
