1Shopping and files
How do I get my files after buying?
You get your files right after you pay, and the PDF license lands in your inbox. You can also find your files later in your account.
I didn't get an email. What now?
What payment methods are available?
Card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay (depending on your device). You'll see what's available at checkout.
Can I change my license after buying?
Yep, you can pay the difference and upgrade to a higher license. Hit me up with your order number.
2Licenses
What's the difference between the licenses?
Basic (MP3, 1 project, up to 100k streams, no music video), Premium (WAV, up to 500k streams, 1 music video, live shows), Stems (WAV + stems, up to 1M streams, radio: 2 stations), Unlimited (unlimited streams and videos, up to 3 projects) and Exclusive. The full comparison is on the Licenses.
What does the Exclusive license give me?
The beat leaves the shop and you get the files with stems and full rights. Starts at 499 PLN.
Can I use a beat on the radio?
Basic and Premium don't cover radio. Stems lets you hit 2 stations, and Unlimited and Exclusive have no limit.
What if I go over the stream limit?
Just pay the difference to move up to a higher license. Hit me up, and we'll figure out the easiest way.
3Sound Kits
Can I listen to a kit before buying?
Yep. The product page has sample previews, so you can check the sound before you buy.
What do I get after buying a kit?
The download link for the pack shows up right after payment, in your email and in your account.
What are the rules for using samples from a kit?
You'll find the details on the product page and in the Terms. If in doubt, ask before you buy.
4Mix & Master
How long does a mix or mastering take?
Mastering takes 48 hours, mix and Mix + Master 3–5 business days.
How many revisions do I get?
Revisions are included: 1 for mastering and 2 for mix and Mix + Master.
What should I send?
For a mix, send stems (WAV 24-bit, no limiter on the master, peaks around −6 dBFS). For mastering alone, one stereo WAV. It's all explained step by step in the guide to prepping stems.
How many tracks can I send?
Up to 40 tracks are included in the mix price. For bigger projects hit me up.
What if I don't like the mix?
Send me your notes and I'll fix them within the revisions included in the price. Not sure which service to pick? Message me, I'll match it to your project.
5Refunds and complaints
Can I return the files I bought?
Once the download of digital files has started, the right of withdrawal doesn't apply. The full rules are in the Refunds and complaints.
A file doesn't work. What now?
If a file is broken, I'll resend it or refund you. Let me know and include your order number.
Can I cancel a mix or master order?
A refund is possible before work on your project starts.
