1. Data controller

3. Legal bases

We process data to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to meet legal obligations such as accounting (point c), for legitimate interests such as handling enquiries, security and pursuing claims (point f), and on the basis of consent where required (point a).

4. Data recipients

Data may go to parties that help run the shop: payment providers, the hosting provider, email and order-handling tool providers, and the accounting office. Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area, based on appropriate legal safeguards.

5. How long we keep data

We keep order data for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Messages from the contact form are kept until the matter is closed, and a customer account until it's deleted.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. If processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.

7. Security

We use an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and limit data access to people who need it. Payment card data is handled by the payment provider and not stored by the shop.
